The Hatched

this post is a little late… but well if you really love eggs and breakfast. the Hatched is nested at Evans lodge [26 Evans Road ]. Hatched is basically egg-heaven, where you can have breakfast even at supper. [only on friday and saturday nights as they close at 12mn]

Well i didn’t had supper there but brunch is still not breakfast.

Their menu is a catalog of eggs A/W 2010

And really it has a wide range of cooked eggs.

You can have them poached. With ham [Sir Benedict] OR

with smoked salmon [Smoked Royale]

Single is $10, A pair is $16 *i think*

If poached is not your thing, they have fried like the ‘Bird Nest’  or

Soft boiled  like ‘Dippy eggs & solider’, they still have many other styles like the usual scrambled, baked and omelette. And if eggs are not your thing there is a this ‘French Onion sandwich’, packed together in a ciabatta bread with tender strips of steak and cheese.

Prices start from $5 for starters to $20 odd for the foie gras with scrambled eggs.
